This page explains how to delete your account and data in "Spellfuse: Tower Defense", a game by an individual developer, the developer of Spellfuse. You can do it in the App, or request it here without the App.

Request deletion without the App

You do not need to reinstall the App. Send an email to support@spellfuse.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include only:

  • The name you show on the ranking (for example "Mage 1234")
  • If you signed in with Google: send the email from that Google account's address, so we can find and confirm the account

If you never signed in with Google, also tell us roughly when you last played and your best score or wave, so we can find your guest account. We do not need, and you should not send, any password, payment details or ID documents.

We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm. If we cannot be sure an account is yours, we may ask one more question before deleting it.

Delete in the App

Open Ranking → Profile and tap "Delete account" at the bottom, then "Delete". The deletion runs at once.

What is deleted

  • Your ranking account and account ID
  • Every record you submitted, with its build snapshot
  • Your ranking name and profile photo
  • Your link to your Google account (including the email address stored with it)
  • The players you blocked, and the reports made about you

What is kept

  • Reports you made about other players stay so we can finish reviewing them, but without your account ID.
  • Copies in our database provider's daily backups, if our plan includes them, are removed when those backups expire, within 14 days. Server logs (such as IP addresses) are removed automatically within the short period set by our providers (up to 28 days).
  • Your game progress (Shards, wands, spells, purchases you have received) is saved only on your device. We cannot delete it, and deleting your ranking account does not delete it. Deleting the App deletes it.
  • Purchase records kept by Google Play are handled under Google's privacy policy.

Guest accounts not used

We may delete a guest account that is not signed in with Google and has had no run for 30 days.

メールで削除を頼む本アプリの中で削除する

このページでは、ゲーム「Spellfuse: Tower Defense」（運営: 個人の開発者。Spellfuse の開発者）のアカウントとデータを削除する方法を説明します。本アプリの中で削除できるほか、本アプリがなくてもここから削除を頼めます。

本アプリがなくても削除を頼む

本アプリを入れ直す必要はありません。件名を「アカウントの削除」として support@spellfuse.com へメールを送り、次のことだけを書いてください。

  • ランキングに出している名前（例:「Mage 1234」）
  • Google でサインインしていた場合: その Google アカウントのメールアドレスから送ってください（アカウントを見つけ、本人かを確かめるため）

Google でサインインしたことがない場合は、最後に遊んだおおよその時期と、最高のスコアか波も書いてください（ゲストのアカウントを見つけるため）。パスワード・支払いの情報・身分証は不要です。送らないでください。

30 日以内にアカウントを削除し、メールでお知らせします。本人のアカウントかはっきりしないときは、削除の前にもう 1 つ質問することがあります。

本アプリの中で削除する

ランキング → プロフィールを開き、いちばん下の「アカウントを削除」→「削除する」を押します。すぐに削除されます。

削除されるもの

  • ランキングのアカウントとアカウントの ID
  • 送ったすべての記録と、その編成のスナップショット
  • ランキングの名前とプロフィールの写真
  • Google アカウントとの結びつき（一緒に保存したメールアドレスを含みます）
  • ブロックしたプレイヤーと、あなたについての通報

残るもの

  • あなたがほかのプレイヤーについてした通報は、確かめを終えるためにアカウントの ID を外した形で残ります。
  • データベースの委託先の毎日のバックアップ（当方の契約に含まれる場合）にある写しは、そのバックアップの期限が切れたとき（14 日以内）に消えます。サーバーの記録（IP アドレスなど）は、委託先の決める短い期間（長くても 28 日）で自動で消えます。
  • ゲームの進み具合（魔石・杖・呪文・受け取った購入品）は端末の中にだけ保存されています。当方は削除できず、ランキングのアカウントを削除しても消えません。本アプリを削除すると消えます。
  • Google Play が持つ購入の記録は、Google のプライバシーポリシーに従って扱われます。

使われていないゲストのアカウント

Google でサインインしておらず、30 日間ランがないゲストのアカウントは削除することがあります。
